Refund Policy

Billing Policies for CloudHero.ai: Some elements of the Services may be available for a fee. If you decide to use these paid elements, you agree to abide by the Pricing and Payment Terms found on the CloudHero.ai website (CloudHero.ai/Pricing), which may be updated from time to time. CloudHero.ai reserves the right to add new services for additional fees or change fees for existing services at any time. Any changes to the Pricing and Payment Terms will take effect in the next billing cycle after you receive notice of the change.

(b) No Refunds. You can cancel your CloudHero.ai account at any time, but there will be no refunds for cancellation. If CloudHero.ai suspends or terminates your account or this agreement, you will not receive any refund for unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees, any content or data associated with your account, or anything else.

(c) Free Trials. CloudHero.ai or third-party service providers may offer free trials for specific Services. The payment method on file will automatically be charged after the end of the free trial period or once you start a paid subscription, and on every subsequent billing date, in accordance with Section 5(d). You will not receive a notification that the free trial has ended and payment is due. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before midnight Pacific Standard Time on the final day of your free trial. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may take effect immediately.

(d) Automatic Renewal of Subscription Fees. If you sign up for a subscription, the corresponding fees, as listed in your account and/or checkout page, will be automatically renewed every month unless you notify CloudHero.ai that you want to cancel. You must submit your notice of cancellation through your settings page or in writing to [email protected] and it will be effective in the month following the notice. Until you cancel your subscription, all fees will automatically renew, and CloudHero.ai or its authorized third-party payment provider has the right to charge you for the applicable fees and taxes using the payment method on file.

(e) Risk of Loss. Any products that you purchase through the Services will be delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by CloudHero.ai. You assume ownership and the risk of loss for these products once they are delivered to the carrier by CloudHero.ai or its supplier.

(f) Payment Information and Taxes. CloudHero.ai accepts various payment methods through Stripe, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. By using the Services, you agree to comply with the Stripe Services Agreement found at https://stripe.com/us/legal. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases, transactions, or monetary interactions with the Services. You are responsible for paying all charges incurred through the use of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method, along with any applicable taxes.
